*Enter your office, username, and email address, then click Submit to reset your password. A self-reset link will be sent to your email address on file. Important! To reset your password, you must meet the following requirements: - You must have Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) enabled using either:
- A USB token (e.g., Yubikey), or
- An authenticator app (e.g., Google Authenticator or Microsoft Authenticator).
- One-time Passcode (OTP) through other methods, such as email, will not work.
- You must have a valid email address set up on your user account.
